The UCC dining experience includes three unique locations:
The Grille Room - open April through October and every Friday in the fall & winter - offers a more casual atmosphere, which includes the full dining room menu selections along with more casual menu choices.
The Lounge - open October through March - offers a welcoming atmosphere with great views of the golf course and pool.
Main Dining Room - open year round for events. It can accommodate up to 100 guests & can be expanded into birch for up to 180 guests. Features dining area, dance floor, and easy access to bar. Spacious enough for DJ or band, buffets, and appetizer stations. Beautiful view of the golf course and easy access from the parking lot.
Birch - is a dining room ideal for private parties and business meetings. It is located on the main level of the clubhouse.
